You’re following the precautions, but it doesn’t seem like you’re doing enough.

You may even feel all alone in this crisis of our world!

The list goes on and on . . .

Where did the fear, aloneness and helplessness come from?

Some comes from unreleased past experiences when we felt afraid, alone or helpless.

Some comes from exposing ourselves to a constant daily stream of negative news and social media posts.

The aloneness comes when we feel separate from Source (universe, God, spirit).

What’s Our Best Tool to Use to Combat the Fear and Panic?

The reason the precautions, daily updates and information overload doesn’t help calm or reassure you is because it is all “logic brain” stuff!

What we all need right now more than anything else is:

Calm, balance, reduced stress, grounding, peace of mind, clarity, reduced fear and anxiety!

These are all EXPERIENCING things . . . SPIRITUAL things!

So, we need to use our spiritual gifts and practices even more to help us achieve more calm and balance in our life!

Three Tips:

  1. Stress Buster Breathing at least 2x a day for 5 minutes.
  2. Do activities that make you happy!
  3. Limit your time on social media or watching news! Stop exposing yourself to non-stop negative! Your body isn’t designed for prolonged stress at high levels and your thinking isn’t clear if you are panicked!
